Ainsley

Ainsley Colp is a graduate of Bellus Academy and the founder and owner of The Lux Facial and Lash Bar. As a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Spray Tan Professional, Ainsley is dedicated to delivering exceptional results-driven skincare services tailored to each client's unique needs.

Committed to maintaining the highest standards, Ainsley is an active member of the Association for Skin Care Professionals and The National Spray Tan Professional Association. She consistently pursues advanced education and training to stay at the forefront of emerging products and innovative treatments. While Ainsley values all aspects of skincare - from corrective to preventative - she is especially passionate about creating a relaxing, therapeutic experience for her guests. She belives that professional skincare should not only enhance outward beauty, but also promote confidence, well-being, and rejuvenation. Self-care should not be only for the wealthy. It must be affordable for anyone who desires to begin their healthy skin journey.

In February 2026, Ainsley was honored with the Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award by Grow Clay County in Clay Center, recognizing her business excellence, community involvement and entrepreneurial leadership. Outside of her professional endeavors, Ainsley enjoys spending time with her family, embracing the outdoors and relaxing at the lake.

Jentry

Jentry Colp joined The Lux Facial and Lash Bar in 2026. With a desire to help clients achieve their skincare goals, Jentry is dedicated to focusing on skin insecurities, acne treatment, and finding long-lasting solutions for her clients’ skin concerns. As an Instructor at Bellus Academy, Manhattan KS Campus, a Licensed Esthetician and a Certified Makeup Artist, Jentry also brings her knowledge of specialized color pallets, airbrush application, and lash extensions to the business. Weddings, bridal events, and special occasions are a few of the appointments she looks forward to booking.

In her personal time, Jentry enjoys being outdoors and dedicating herself to continued professional development. She has earned 16 advanced certifications through Circadia, demonstrating her strong commitment to expanding her knowledge and refining her expertise within the industry. A Bellus Academy graduate, Jentry remains focused on furthering her education and continually building upon her accomplishments to better serve her clients. Above all, Jentry considers the relationships she cultivates with her clientele to be her most meaningful achievement. She takes great pride in creating personalized experiences rooted in trust, education and genuine care, ensuring that each client feels valued, supported and confident in their skincare and beauty journey.
